Yosemite Summit & Little Summit is a spacious 5-bedroom duplex mountain cabin, with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths in the upper unit (Yosemite Summit) and 2 bedrooms & 1 bath in the lower unit (Little Summit), which can accommodate 14 guests located inside Yosemite National Park, in an area called Yosemite West. We rent out both units of the duplex to one group at a time. These units do not connect on the inside, each unit has its own outside entrance. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee, $50/night for up to two dogs. Please note no dogs on furniture or beds and dogs cannot be left unattended in the home. Enjoy modern amenities (AC, Satellite Wifi (for email and browsing only, not fast enough for streaming and video calling), laundry (with detergent), game room, EV car charging station (The EV charger has Port J1772 connector so Teslas will likely need an adaptor), backup generator (ensures your vacation doesn’t get interrupted in the event of a power outage), Dish Network cable TV & Blue Ray DVD player. This cabin has one of the best home locations in Yosemite West, on top of a mountain knoll and on the mountain side of Yosemite Park Way. The cabin has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, canyons, and forest, all while being centrally located to the Valley, Badger Pass/Glacier Point, and the Mariposa Sequoia Grove. Flat parking for five cars in summer and three cars in winter (a rare find and no steps from parking area to lower unit) with turnaround spot. Relax and recharge in this custom-built duplex cabin. In the upper unit, Yosemite Summit, enter from the entryway and mudroom into the large open great room with 15-foot ceilings with breathtaking mountain and forest views, custom river rock propane gas fireplace and custom built live-edge walnut console table. Beautiful, vaulted custom cedar plank ceilings give this home a warm and inviting feel. Enjoy gourmet cooking in the fully equipped large gourmet kitchen complete with new top of the line Kitchen Aid Stainless Steel appliances, gas range with double oven, large double sink, elegant All-Clad cookware, Kitchen Aid standing mixer, Vitamix blender and food processor, Keurig Duo coffee maker (bring your favorite Keurig K-cup pods), Instant pot multi cooker, Crock Pot, Zojirushi rice cooker, and a Zojirushi water boiler for tea or cocoa. Dine at the beautiful rustic mahogany table that seats 12 or kitchen peninsula which seats 4. The house has a huge deck (27 x 11 foot) for eating and relaxing outdoors, grilling on Weber BBQ (propane provided), watching sunrise and sunsets, stargazing, watching wildlife and mule deer and taking in the beautiful views. Spend the evenings around the fire, watching TV, watching DVD movies, or playing games in the game room (Kick Titan 55” tournament foosball table, poker table, Nintendo Classic Edition Video Game Console, cards and board games are provided or bring your favorites). Energy efficient features, EV charging station, and custom bedroom furniture sourced from locally salvaged Ponderosa Pine wood makes your stay a green choice too. Enjoy your best night’s sleep as you lay on the top-rated Casper Cal-King Original Hybrid and Spring Air Hughes Hybrid mattress, paired with gorgeous custom-built platform beds from locally salvaged Ponderosa Pine, complete with soft linens and plenty of warm blankets.

In the lower unit, Little Summit, you enter from the flat parking area and there are no stairs to climb to enter this unit. The lower unit features its own full-sized kitchen, game room, full bath with tub/shower combo, and 2 bedrooms. I spent Thanks Giving week at this placed its absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with all of the kitchen appliances and plus. Thank you so much! the only downfall would be since it was 12 people that we stayed here, we needed a bigger bear trash can for outside and maybe a vacuum to clean the rugs but other than that. We had a very nice time. My granddaughter did leave her tablet so were waiting to hear from them if they were able to find it. in any case I thank you for our wonderful stay

This is our second time booking through Scenic Wonders and it was great again. I called a couple days before to understand the conditions up there and the person on the phone was very helpful and nice. I also really love that the driveways were plowed for us nice and early in the morning. The only thing missing in our cabin was there was no coffee maker in the upstairs unit (supposed to have been a kuerig) but fortunately we brought both k cups and regular coffee and we found a coffee maker in the downstairs unit. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely book through scenic wonders again and have been recommending to others.

Loved the cabin! Very clean, beautiful and spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable. Accommodates multiple families well with 2 separate units on top of each other each with a full kitchen. Well stocked large kitchen and cozy around the gas fireplace. Amazing location with incredible views from large windows. Loved the sunrise and sunsets from this home. We saw several deer and even a buck walking behind the house and could see so many stars from the deck. Convenient drive to Yosemite Valley, Wawona, Mariposa Grove and Glacier Point. We were lucky to be here while it snowed and was so magical to see Yosemite transformed. Scenic Wonders staff was very responsive and had the driveway plowed quickly before the snow even stopped! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

HI there, I hope we left everything the way we found it for you.We were very happy with the cabin and also the helpful receptionist every single time I called she was so polite. I called many times checking on the Creek fire and the air quality. The cabin itself was so nice, clean and enough space for all of us. We also enjoyed having the smaller unit downstairs to have some space from each other. The area was beautiful a little hot in October, but not a thing was forgotten by Yosemite Scenic Wonders. This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful home for our family celebration. House is nice because all on one level, once you go up the front stairs. Well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms. Deck off back displayed some beautiful sunsets. Staff at scenic wonders was very responsive when we had beeping smoke alarm and problems opening the lock to the downstairs unit.

We felt very well cared for and supported as our group needed to adjust our travel plans and change our cabin accommodations at the last minute. The property was well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. It seems like it might be worth the investment in an AC system though we were very comfortable in general. We had a wonderful time and this property was perfect for us. There was just 6 of us but it was great to have the space to spread out, especially in these times. WiFi would have been useful since there was no cellphone coverage, but we managed. A little upgrade on the deck furniture would have been nice too, but again, we managed! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure! Thank you!

This is a very nice Cabin. Gorgeous large kitchen, convenient gas fireplace and lots of windows to see the view. it is especially well suited for multiple familes and has two kitchens .its really two full units one on top the other . Lots of open space outside the door. this is a modern cabin with a warm woodsy feel. we loved it!

14 of us enjoyed this cabin very much. We were having our college reunion at one of the most beautiful scenery on earth, this cabin is just perfect for us. It is close enough to everything, it has everything you need in this cabin. They are very clean and tidy. We also enjoy the outdoors, watching the stars at night, sitting around to chat about our past, absolutely fantastic! Check-in and out are easy. Nice booklet and instructions about everything around are awesome. Everyone in our group had the most wonderful time. The only complaint we had is 2 nights is too short. Definitely will stay here and longer next time. Thank you.
