Description

The Sequoias East and West, is a duplex property with two identical side by side,1600 square foot, three bedroom two-bath townhouses.
The main floor consists of a kitchen, dining/living area, a bedroom, and a bath as well as deck access, with great forest mountain views! The kitchen is modern with granite counter tops, knotty alder cabinets. The living room has a leather sectional, propane fireplace and a 47 inch flat screen HDTV/DVD, Satellite, and wireless internet access. The dining area has a table and six chairs (expandable with a leaf and fold out chairs) and two counter bar stools, The main floor bedroom has a Cal King bed. The deck is 200 square feet. A gas grill and outdoor dining table are provided in the spring, summer, and fall. The lower floor has two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin/full bunk bed, a second bathroom and a second living/TV room with a 32-inch flat screen TV with standard definition (great for the kids!). This second living TV room has a very comfortable futon. There are 3 parking spots all year long.

Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, nor cable available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite-based Internet system and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay or reliability for video calling and video streaming.

our stay in Yosemite was great, the location was beautiful and the house was clean and ready for us on arrival. the house access (number pad and personal code) worked very well and there were clear instructions as well as a lot of details/recommended activities for the park. The management team checked in and helped with any questions on our first night which was aa nice touch. There was a lot of information sent through ahead of our trip that was very helpful for planning purposes

The house was perfect for our group. The only “issue” which was not a big issue is that the refrigerator took a full 24 hours to get cold from the time we arrived. We had steaks and milk and beverages that we were worried about but the fridge eventually got better

Our stay was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings on the deck. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms/"cabin" for comfort. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise, our visit to Yosemite was very enjoyable.

We had a great stay at the cabin. The cabin was clean and well equipped especially the kitchen. We found everything we needed right there. property map provided in the reservation email was helpful navigating to the cabin when we arrived at night. The check in and check out process were easy.

Accommodation was exactly as described. The living area with the high ceilings was a really nice place to unwind at night. All beds were comfortable and cooking equipment was also of good quality. The check in, check out process was super easy. Yosemite West area was also super pleasant with all the trees.

Great location, lovely property. Our only problem was that neither of the TVs worked very well, no DVDs as advertised, and internet access spotty and almost never worked. But we came to Yosemite to get away from all of that.

Wonderful home, however it would be nice if the place had a few essentials like oil and butter for cooking, since it takes so long to go get groceries in Yosemite. Otherwise, the place was great.
