Newly constructed in 2021. Pine Cove is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the quiet Yosemite neighborhood of Yosemite West.
A blend of modern and craftsman interior design, this charming home has an open concept floor plan with plenty of room for the family to gather and create lifetime memories. Complete with satellite wifi and air conditioning!
Enter the home to see a spacious lounging area open to a state-of-the-art kitchen. Enjoy a Bbq on the propane grill and gather with family for meals at the large dining table. The balcony features picturesque views and breathtaking Yosemite sunset. Gather around the propane fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 55” inch TV complete with dish network satellite and a blue ray player. The home is equipped with satellite internet for your convenience. Please note signals may go down during adverse weather conditions. The internet is not fast enough for movies, it's for browsing and emails only. The main floor hosts the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a full restroom. Downstairs hosts a full restroom and 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room (not recommended for adults), and this home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Pine cove has everything your family needs for a comfortable Yosemite getaway.

Good communication throughout the reservation process. A surprise change due to original property being sold but other property was fine. Comfortable, clean house. Instructions clear. Kitchen could be a little better supplied.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Cove. The property is gorgeous and had everything we needed to get meals in.big plus that the park is a quick 25-30 min drive. Management is on it on communication! We can’t wait to be back!

We loved the house! We did have a little trouble figuring out the shower knob, but, finally figured it out. Internet was not very fast and of course, our grandson was mad because he couldn’t stream on his iPad, but, he servived. The air conditioning unit, in the living room did leak, though, from condensation, we assumed, so we had to put a towel down. I did leave a note regarding that on the counter.

The house was clearly very new, and also very nice and very clean. We enjoyed staying there a great deal and the kids absolutely loved it. It was also nice to have tv and internet in such a secluded area, so that was a nice touch. A few comments (none of which impacted our overall enjoyment but just some things worth noting); 1. There are instructions to use the fireplace on the wall to the right of the fireplace. They mention a dial on the left side of the TV (which is mounted above the fireplace) but there is no dial or any other control for the fireplace that we could find. 2. There are two tiles just above the fireplace that are not sealed in place. We noticed they didnt look right and thought maybe the controls were hidden there, not realizing it was just two loose tiles. We almost cause a problem pulling them out. 3. The shower downstairs does not have intuitive controls. I have never seen anything like it. It apparently has one control for water temperature only, and then another for water flow, but you turn it one way for the tub and the other way for the shower. You have to balance in the middle to turn it off. There are also unfortunately placed windows in that shower that allow you to see into the shower from the driveway outside if it is dark inside and light in the bathroom. It would be better if they could frost them in some way. 4. Someone took a lot of trouble to design that house very nicely with great tile, fixtures, etc. Why on earth did they decide to decorate the walls will childrens art? It cheapend the look of the place. I know the house has a private owner and that is probably just the way they like it, but it was an unfortunate design choice for an otherwise very nice place.

Great location and new home - was excellent! Needs a little punch list to completely finish out but would come back in a second - loved it!
