Pet-friendly $50 per day fee, Hot Tub, A/C, Wifi! Golden Trout is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath log style home has it all. With a spacious kitchen and dining area, you'll have all the comforts of home with all appliances, refrigerator, cooking range, microwave, and dishwasher. This home has air conditioning. Dogs are allowed at this property for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per day.
Golden Trout Retreat is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath log style home that has it all. Totally private, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, sleeps 10 comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 8.

The living room opens into the dining and kitchen area, which is great for family gatherings. The dining area opens to out an outdoor covered patio, with a BBQ and picnic table. One bedroom has a Log King size bed, with a 40 inch smart TV. The second room has a log queen bed, with 40 inches of smart TV. The third bedroom has a full/full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle and 32' smart TV. For your comfort and safety, please only one adult or two children on the top bunk.
Relax, snuggle up by the propane fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 60' LED smart TV with surround sound. The kids will enjoy playing the many games provided. Just a short walk to the Lewis Creek private park where you can picnic or wade in the cool water.
The lower floor is complete with a master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom. There is a game room with an air hockey table and a foosball table and sofa bed. Watch the game on the 60" TV complete with surround sound. Please note***Dogs are not allowed in the downstairs area due to the new carpet being installed. Dogs are welcome on the upper floor.

The home and location were beautiful, making our family thanksgiving very special. There were a few negative items. I never received email instructions for entering the home. I called Scenic Wonders on the check-in date and received instructions. I really appreciate the employee from Scenic Wonders who helped me out on Thanksgiving day. He was very polite and professional. Some small items were not working in the home. The stove burners would not light and I had to go buy a lighter to manually light the burners. The nonstick pans were in horrible condition and should be replaced. The Xbox would not play the games provided. The bathroom towels were old and thin and need to be replaced. Despite these small things we had a great time and would not hesitate to return in the future.

We had the best time with my family! We were celebrating my sister’s 30th birthday and it was a total of 9 adults and one baby and it was perfect! We had the space to be all together and space to be apart when necessary. We loved the game room and the hot tub! We los used the grill and basically every appliance. It was fully stocked with dishes and cookware and we definitely did some cooking. We were able to explore bass lake and used the fishing pools and we visited Yosemite. If there was one thing that I would critic is the fact that the cabinets in the kitchen were pretty old and the air hockey table was pretty worn out. That didn’t take away from the amazing memories we were able to have at the Golden trout Retreat.

The cabin was perfect for 10 people, and we were happy with the location. However, it needs a complete set of silverware, glasses, wineglasses and coffee cups for 10 people. As well as seating for 10 and not 8. Other than these little details, we liked the roomy of the main living area. We were so glad the house has a/c because it was a warm weekend. We recommend this place.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. We snow shoed all day and enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace in the evening. The house was very nice and clean. We were already trying to find another date to come back before we ever left. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this home.

We had an amazing stay at the Golden Trout Retreat! The house itself was just as we expected. Very neat, clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. The service from the staff at Scenic Wonders was just straight up outstanding. Check in time was supposed to be 4 p.m. but we wanted to check in earlier, so we called to find out if we can check in around 12 and the staff assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. We ended up arriving a little over an hour early of our check in time so the house was not yet ready for check in, but in no time, the housekeepers came to the rescue and cleaned the house spotless! It was snowy during our stay but the Scenic Wonders staff did there best to ensure the snow doesn't bother us from our activities. They shoveled the snow from our driveway, stairs, deck, jacuzzi cover, and around the house, and we really appreciated all that they did for us! We look forward to renting with Scenic Wonders again!

All the property itself was excellent, in very good condition, clean and provided everything that offered, the place in very good location very close to Yosemite park. Unfortunately we were not able to attend the park, but we found very good things to have fun nearby.
