Newly built in 2021, Devonshire-Aragon is a spacious duplex with one private bedroom with a queen bed and a large sleeping loft with a twin over full bunk bed. This home features beautiful mountain views being nestled in Yosemite West, a private community in Yosemite National Park. Comfortably sleeps 5 guests, this home can be rented alone or with its mirrored other side, Devonshire-Aberdeen.
Devonshire-Aragon is a well-equipped duplex. The downstairs is a bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is a full bathroom on this level. The open concept kitchen is well equipped and perfect for cooking family meals while on vacation! The living room has a propane fireplace a 55" LED TV and dish network satellite television, perfect for snuggling together on cold mountain nights. The upstairs is a large sleeping loft with a twin over full bunk bed. Enjoy a BBQ on the Weber propane grill while enjoying the beautiful mountain views. The front deck is shared with the other side of the duplex, however, each side has its own BBQ and the deck is separated by a gate. This home has satellite internet good for emails and browsing only no Netflix, Zoom, or streaming. This home has air conditioning. In house laundry can be opened up for guest use upon request. There is parking for 1 car during winter and 2 cars during summer, sorry no overflow parking available. Make Devonshire your base camp for your Yosemite family getaway! You can rent one side of the duplex for up to 5 guests or rent both sides to accommodate up to 10 guests. There is an interconnecting door that can be opened when the same family is occupying both sides.

We stayed in the Aragon. My daughter and her husband and kids stayed in the duplex next door. Walls are thin, as we could hear my grandchildren, the TV and music. However, it worked out much better than all of us renting one large home to share. We loved the Aragon having our own room, yet we were at the same location as my family. Sitting on the porch watching the sunset was amazing except the mosquitoes. We will be back!

Clean home, comfortable firm bed. The kitchen can be better restocked with essentials like aluminum foil, sugar etc Also please keep bath soaps or shower gels and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. Both rental homes have these. And extra trash bags could be kept in the house.

It was great to save money on food and eat healthier by having a full kitchen and grill. We cooked several meals in the unit. The availability of the washer and dryer was a key selling point. But after a trip filled with hotel stays, we most appreciated being able to sit somewhere other than a bed. My wife has a strong preference for air conditioning, so our initial plan was to stay at The Ahwahnee. We were glad to choose the Devonshire instead.

The vacation home was as described and perfect for our family of 4. We loved having laundry on site as well as an AC. The place was spotless! It was so easy to work with Scenic Wonders that we would definitely use you again. The house needs a few additional pieces of furniture, though. It needs a nightstand in the master room, end tables in the living room and some sort of patio chairs. In addition, the bed in the loft was very wobbly. I suggest adding a futon or something similar because I would hate for someone to get hurt. If the fan was on, you couldnt get out of the top bunk.

The location is very convenient and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The place is pretty new and very nicely decorated. Will definitely come back in the future.
