Description
Loft Condo B210 has two levels with an open space room (there are no bedrooms). There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level. On the top level you will have one queen size bed, and one bunk bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, (not recommended for adults).
On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 4-6. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.
Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

This was a great option for our family of 5. We all fit great and most everything we needed was available. It would have been nice to have wifi, or to know beforehand that we would not have it. And once we saw the room with the DVDs and games, we wished we had access to it so we could get a movie to watch. Besides this, the place was great and comfortable and had what we needed.

The condo was lovely and the management was responsive when our heat wasn’t working. Location was great. My only issue is the 14 day cancellation policy - we knew 5 days out that there were storms forecasted and knew we needed to leave early, but still had to pay for a night because it was in the 14 day window.

We were 3 that stayed in the apartment and liked it very much. It was clean and cute. All the appliances worked and there was enough dishes and some games. The apartment couldnt do anything about the heat. (That kinda go stuck on the 2nd floor) I think if there were any comments to leave would be a wish to add some signage for the street that leads from the Road to Wawona (I think hi-way 41) to the apartments. After all the twists and turns coming from the Valley, the street comes as a surprise.

I wish your units had AC! I enjoy your properties but the condos need to be updated! The upstairs loft during a heat wave is completely unbareable. Not able to sleep at night even letting outside air in.

The property is very well managed. The unit was immaculate and well stocked, and the welcome binder was well written with tons of helpful info.
The main reason for the “3” rating is the lack of air conditioning. With the porch door wide open and all fans running full blast, the loft was just passably comfortable, and this was on a 77 degree day. I can’t imagine how hot the unit would be later in the summer. Also, as a minor complaint, the entire building has a distinct mildew smell. You quickly get used to it, but it strikes you every time you walk in.
Overall I don’t think we’d stay there again or recommend it to others, but it’s fine if there are no other alternatives.

The condo was clean and in good condition. I loved the decor. Appreciated all the fans since there is no AC. I couldnt connect to Wifi (said there was an IP issue but that was minor because thats not why I was there).

We truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, had everything we needed and the area was quiet at night- so nice. Parking was pretty tight one night and that would be our only concern.

The unit was very comfortable for our group of 4. It had everything we needed, although we werent sure how to turn on the grill as we were used to a propane one so some instructions would have been useful. Otherwise, the space was great for a group of our size. It worked out to have the small bathroom upstairs also. I would stay here again.

It was convenient having a kitchen in our condo. The location to Yosemite valley (30 minute drive) allowed us to enjoy many hikes. Even though it was so warm without air conditioning (We already knew this), we had a comfortable stay. The two bathrooms in our unit was very convenient.

We loved it!! The location was fantastic. Being so close to so many park attractions, Glacier Road, the Valley and it’s destinations, Mariposa Grove, your unit is in a supreme spot. The condo itself served our needs perfectly. We were able to prepare dinner every evening after long days of hiking. Laundry facilities were very nice, allowing us to cut our packing in half as we knew we’d be able to clean our clothes to wear again. Communication was great with your team. The keypad lock on door made checking in so easy. We enjoyed our stay 120%

Our stay with you was easy and convenient and it was great to be so near the park. The Loft was well set up for 4 of us, having 2 bathrooms was terrific as our kids are basically adults, and the little pantry area with the refrigerator was very convenient too. The check in method of using the keypad was easy, and the fact we could just leave stuff the dishwasher running on departure was thoughtful. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Some of the furnishings were a little tired but little that was a bother and to be expected in a remote location. Everything was clean. A few small items that could be addressed:
- The fan above the bunk bed was really noisy at higher speed, seemed to be wobbling a bit.
- The bunk beds creaked a lot - perhaps the frame needs tightening up.
- One other easy improvement that could be made is to extend the wifi range. Having to stand at the end of the corridor was a bit awkward. Several other company wifi's were visible in our apartment so it must be possible.
Otherwise thank you for an excellent stay.

The accommodation was ok not fully representative of the photos on the website- quite dated and much smaller in reality. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens we found the mezzanine sleeping area quite cramped not 2 bedrooms as stated.

We were pleasantly surprised by the nice accomodations. We were earlier a bit concerned that this AirBnB did not offer any breakfast supplies, toiletries,etc. Having stayed at other AirBnB locations, I have started to spect that. But overall, it was a nice location and nice condo.

Never renting here again for the price. No air conditioning in the middle of July in California, room temperature did not go below 80 degrees. That is hot.
Rooms needs updating, and Wi-Fi is extremely poor. It was hard for my kids to sleep upstairs for 3 nights.

All beds (queen and bunker) are located in the upstairs loft area. It is VERY hot during the summer and there is no way to dissipate it.

Fantastic location! Close to Yosemite Valley with all the amenities. The only comments I have are that the unit needs some updating. The fireplace was cozy. Neighbors were quiet. I would highly recommend this rental.

You can't beat the location in Yosemite for access to Glacier Point Rd, Yosemite Valley and Wawona. It was so nice to be able to stop "home" between morning and afternoon hikes and sightseeing.
The condo is very homey. The kitchen is well stock for doing your own cooking and the ice machine downstairs is an added bonus as well as the electric outdoor grill. The queen sized bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
Even though the walls were thin, our neighbors were very quiet and we did not experience noise issues as in previous reviews.
Wifi access is limited to the hallway and very weak during peak hours.
I would highly recommend this accomodation.

The condo was very clean and spacious. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels for my party of five for our two day stay plus two bathrooms (yay). The other amenities such as paper towels, dish washing soap, dish washing machine soap and garbage bags were a nice touch. Thank you for leaving the two fans in our condo because it was hot during the nights. We were disappointed that no hot chocolate were available in the basket, but plenty of tea, sugar and creamer. All in all, very nice place to stay.
