Description

Loft Condo B208 has two levels with an open space room (there are no bedrooms). There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level. On the top level you will have one queen size bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, (not recommended for adults).
On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free movie library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 2-4. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them. Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

I enjoyed receiving a call to ensure checkin went smoothly. The place was nice; however it was insanely hot which ruined our stay. I understand it was record heat outside, but the bedroom in the loft with the skylight let the heat in causing it to be 89 degrees inside. It was miserable to try to sleep in or stay in. We ended up using the pull out bed downstairs where it was slightly less hot. We spent most of our time away from the condos to deal with the heat.

We were thrilled with this opportunity to stay in lodging inside Yosemite during our late March visit, and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable our stay at Scenic Wonders was. The room was very clean, with new carpet and what looked like renovated bathrooms. The management was very responsive, with a proactive call to our room the day we checked in to make sure we didnt need anything, as well as a quick response to an issue we had identified with the fireplace. We stayed as a family of three, with our 5-year-old daughter on the sofa bed. We did have to wiggle the sofa bed a bit to get it to unfold, but it all worked out just fine. If we ever travel back to Yosemite, I would definitely stay at Scenic Wonders again, at this specific unit, and would recommend it to anyone I know going to this beautiful park.

Made use of the kitchen for our breakfast and dinners, and managed with Wi-Fi bc during our hikes we had service to check in if evening Wi-Fi was too challenging. Firstly make sure you book direct with Scenic Wonders. Condo was very clean with very good facilities especially bbq on balcony. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and would recommend.

Great stay. If the hot weather continues you’ll need to rethink a/c though. I ended up sleeping on the couch because it was unbearably hot upstairs. The unit was great-everything we needed.
