Description

Loft Condo B208 has two levels with an open space room (there are no bedrooms). There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level. On the top level you will have one queen size bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, (not recommended for adults).
On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free movie library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 2-4. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them. Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

Thank you for checking in with us. We enjoyed our stay and found your place comfortable and extremely conveniently located. Made use of the kitchen for our breakfast and dinners, and managed with Wi-Fi bc during our hikes we had service to check in if evening Wi-Fi was too challenging. Great stay. If the hot weather continues you’ll need to rethink a/c though. I ended up sleeping on the couch because it was unbearably hot upstairs. The unit was great-everything we needed.
