Description
Loft Condo B207 has two levels with an open space room (there are no bedrooms). There are 2 full size bathrooms, one on each level. On the top level you will have 1 Cal King sized bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, (not recommended for adults).
On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free movie library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 2-4. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.
Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

The room was like staying at a well worn ski lodge room. The carpet and couch need replacing. The showerheads are pathetic. The room was clean and I think the cleaning staff is excellent. We were there a week and I saw the cleaning staff working really hard. The property next door was annoying since they were using a backhoe cleaning out some trees on their new construction project and made a lot of noise. I know there is nothing that can be done about that but I thought Id mention it. Parking was troublesome at night as it seems the place was full and parking was difficult to find. Those are just my observations however, it was a good place to stay if you want to be inside the park. I felt safe on the property, it was pretty centralized in the park so it was easy to go north or south. The other residents kept to themselves and didnt make much noise during quiet hours.

I felt like the space overall was good, but could use a few tweaks such as a larger light fixture for the kitchen/dining table area (it was a bit dim). The carpet also had some stains and it might be a good idea to leave a bottle of carpet cleaner for future guests in case they spill stuff on the carpet. The fans were super helpful as it was warm and we appreciated the coffee, sugar, and creamer.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a great location. It was very clean and well kept. Our views of the trees and landscape were wonderful. All the amenities were there that made the stay comfortable and easy. The area is very quiet which made the stay even better. We will be staying here again.

We had a bit of trouble finding the condo, since our GPS took us down below, but once we found it, it was delightful. We got there a bit early, and knew there was a possibility that we wouldnt be able to get in, but the condo was already cleaned, so we were able to get in. That was very helpful for us, since we had some food in the car that we wanted to get into the fridge before we headed out exploring.

The reservation process, check-in/check-out process, the price (less than $200/night), the directions, the cleanliness, and most of all the location were all excellent. The only very minor improvement would be the slightly dated and worn furniture in the condo. But truly a wonderful experience!

Rooms are dated. It was miserable without AC. We had to sleep downstairs. There wasn’t any foil to put on the BBQ - some critter had taken the foil that was there the day before. Check in was easy

We were able to find the property easily from the maps and directions provided. Access to the room was as expected using last four digits of phone number; very convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to fix meals. The fireplace was very enjoyable and the TV was great, too! The noise from surrounding rooms was definitely audible, but all of our neighbors observed quiet hours or noise subsided even earlier. The location is nice, too. Just a short drive into the valley and beautiful views along the way. We had a simply wonderful time and I can't wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was great as it was close to Yosemite valley. Also it's a nice view form the balcony. The place was nice but it was not clear from the advert that the living room bed was more for children and not really comfy for adults. Also having many neighbours is the building complex meant we had quite a bit of noise and also food smells from places around. Still the condo was very nice to stay and we enjoyed our time.

The stay and condo were great. It seems like the hallways could be a little cleaner. The carpets are quite dirty. Condo was as described. It would be nice to have a map to see where this is located, in regard to the park and the sites to see.

Everything was Excellent (including our unplanned additional night's stay!), but your resolved the problem quickly and professionally and allowed us to stay the night! Our only difficulty was the terrible wireless!?!? There must be a way to resolve that somehow in this day and age, and that was the only thing that we could legitamately find fault with. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location to Yosemite's Wonders! Greg Baumbach
