Alpine Aerie located in Yosemite West!
The three-story house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, loft and large game room downstairs. Master bedroom (king size bed) and master bath are located on the top floor, as well as a loft area with queen size sleeper sofa.
Kitchen, living area and two bedrooms (queen size beds) and second bathroom are located in the middle level. Entrance to the house is through the middle level with an easy access from the parking space: only 15 feet from the parking to the deck, one step down and two steps up to the main level of the house.
Further Details: The large game room is located downstairs. It has a double size futon sofa, TV, game table and dry bar with refrigerator. The third bathroom is also located downstairs.
Relax and unwind on your private deck while listening to sounds of wildlife (mule deer, squirrels, Steller's Jays and coyotes are frequent visitors) and watching stunning sunsets that only Yosemite has to offer. Sorry, no pets allowed, and like all properties, this is a non smoking rental. Satellite WiFi is in unit but not fast enough for video streaming and video calling.

We had such a great time here! The game room was a great space for our silly to come out and the upper floor was perfect for us to cook dinners together and hang out watching movies. The location was perfect, the house was clean, and the beds were comfy. We couldnt have asked for more.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our son and his children. There were 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 9, 15, 16).
The house was perfect, clean, and very functional. The kitchen was well-equiped.

The house was perfect but there is only a problem with heat. The house remains hot even after we opened all the windows and use the fans. It seems like a ventilation system could be modified to allow cool air to enter from the bottom and leave from the top of the house. We may try to go back in the spring or fall when the summer heat is not a problem.

We had 3 families staying at this house for 3 nights. Property is at great location and drive around the park. it has everything you would need to stay there with family. We had 3 teenagers who pretty much used the the pay area in the basement. Kitchen is very well equipped. we loved the stay here. would love to visit again.

Isaac’s house was perfect for our large group of 4 kids and 6 adults. The house is super clean and very well-maintained. The location is perfect as it’s only a short 30 minutes drive to the Yosemite Valley which is where most of our hikes were located at. The kids love the game room with the foosball and ping pong table and also a WII game console. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked dinner for 10 with no problem. We even saw deers two times while staying there. Issac is very responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Issac’s place next time you visit Yosemite!

Great stay, house was a little warm due to unseasonably high temps. But, nothing anyone can do about it. Biggest suggestion would be to get some comfortable outdoor seating . The iron chairs were very uncomfortable and not good for sitting on the deck.

Our party was a group (all family) of 10 adults. Accommodations/space was more then adequate. Home is in a great location for exploring ALL of Yosemite National Park (from Mariposa Grove on the southern end all the way into the Yosemite Valley).

The house was lovely and very well stocked with any and all necessary kitchen equipment. We had difficulty with the heating system, but that was resolved promptly by management. Overall we had an excellent stay at the Alpine Aerie!

Our family enjoyed this home and its beautiful views from the living room every morning upon waking up. It was lovely and relaxing to sip coffee on the balcony before everyone woke up. The house had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable as well as everything possibly needed for cooking. The BBQ was a nice extra and were very pleased to be able to use it since the weather was perfect - appreciated that it was immaculate too! Loved the house being inside the park itself and that the house was 1/2 hr past the South entry and 20 min to 1/2 hr below all the main park sites. Would definitely want to stay again in the future and highly recommend for large families.

Great property that has everything you need. Great location and the neighborhood. The house condition couldn’t be better.
One very important thing is the absence of AC. this one really had a big negative effect on our stay. Due to hot temps outside the inside was unbearably hot. The couple sleeping upstairs had to go sleep downstairs to avoid the heat.

Loved our stay here - great location, very spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for our stay and we had adequate WIFI. I’m glad we stayed here since this development is closest to the valley and we had to drive there everyday for sightseeing and hiking. We enjoyed the house very much, although we lost power Saturday night. Also, I would not recommend people without 4wd car to go if they are forescasting a big winter storm, leaving yosemite west only with chains was complicated.

Location was great! House was great except for no air conditioning. It was so hot inside when we got there in the late afternoons after hiking/sightseeing that we could not get the house cooled off even with all windows open and all fans running. Made it hard to sleep at night. We enjoyed everything else about the house and the area

We really enjoyed are stay in this lovely home. There were 8 of us (5 adults and 3 children ages 3, 7 to 10). The layout of the house was perfect for us. Convenient to all hikes that we wanted to do in Yosemite. We bbq twice on the deck and enjoyed the wildlife (deer , birds). I would highly recommend this house for a large family. The sleeping arrangements worked very well for all of us. All of us can't say enough about our stay - we all agreed that the house was great.

The location was excellent and central to everything we wanted to do. Having a kitchen to cook for my big family was a plus. The house was spacious and accommodated all 6 of us. The biggest complaint was the weather. It was hotter in June than anticipated, my recommendation is to have a least an AC wall unit. If I returned I would definitely stay in this unit again.
