Aerial Ascent is a spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, sleeps 10 comfortably, new-construction home located inside Yosemite Park, in an area called Yosemite West.
Yosemite National Park is now requiring park reservations on peak days. As this property is inside of the Yosemite National Park gates, park reservations are included with this rental. Park entrance fees still apply.
Enjoy modern amenities Central Heat and air Conditioning, Satellite TV, Starlink high-speed internet, and spectacular views of the surrounding mountain landscape on both levels. Flat parking for 3 cars side-by-side in all seasons and a Tesla EV charger! View stunning sunsets and spend the evening in the game room, complete with arcade games, gaming table & pool table!
Aerial Ascent is a spacious 2800 square feet, three-bedroom, two-bath, sleeps 10 comfortably, new-construction home located inside Yosemite Park, in an area called Yosemite West. Enjoy modern amenities (Central Heat and Air Conditioning, Starlink high-speed WiFi, Satellite TV, Tesla EV charger) and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and landscapes on both levels, all while being centrally located to the Valley, Badger Pass/Glacier Point, and Sequoia Grove. Flat parking for three cars side-by-side in all seasons! Prepare festive meals in the fully equipped and large kitchen that includes a Wolf six-burner stove, and then dine at the table that seats 10 or at the kitchen peninsula with plentiful stool seating. The house has two decks for eating and relaxing outdoors, a gas grill (Propane provided), and a gas fireplace in the open-space living room. A den offers satellite TV and a Blu-Ray player with movies to choose from. View stunning sunsets and spend the evening in the game room, complete with satellite TV, arcade games, a gaming table (cards, poker chips, and board games provided), and a pool table!

• Master suite is on the main level, has 1 king bed and a bathroom with double sinks and a spacious stall shower
• Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed
• The third bedroom has one set of bunk beds (2 twins) and 1 queen bed
• Den has 1 king-sized highly-rated sleep sofa
• Game room has 1 comfortable futon that fits queen-sized bedding
• The downstairs bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Our check-in time is anytime after 4 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. When you arrive, there will be a keypad on the door, the combination for your stay is the last 4 digits of your phone number. To use, enter your code, you can then turn the deadbolt and enter. Please read the welcome sheet on the kitchen table for information on the home and what to do in the surrounding area. If you have any questions during your stay you may call us.
Other things to note

We provide you with dishware, cookware, silverware, blankets, pillows, linens and towels. Condiments provided are hot chocolate, Folgers coffee and filters, sugar packets, cream packets, Lipton tea, and salt & pepper. We also provide dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels for our Yosemite West properties. All our properties come equipped with propane BBQs, and we provide the propane.

This was a fantastic location and one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in while abroad. It was decorated perfectly and furnished and equipped beautifully. The price we paid was just right and I understand we got it for the lowest rate it goes for since it was between other stays and off season. At that price we would stay here again for sure. Pictures don’t do it justice. This was a nice place to stay for a trip to Yosemite.

Had an amazing stay at Aerial Ascent. The house was beautiful, very well equipped and very clean. The views were stunning, the kitchen well stocked and absolutely loved the game room. One minor complaint would be that it would be nice if umbrellas were made available as the deck has absolutely no shade during the day so it is not possible to sit outside and enjoy the views. Overall loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Everything about this stay was perfect. From the location to the amenities in the home, we found ourselves in an ideal setting, especially during the pandemic. The home was spotless and very fun for the entire family. We played pool and poker until the wee hours. There was ample space in the house to find a quiet retreat when needed. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal for the family. We look forward to staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean. We loved the bright open floor plan. The game room was great for gathering and family fun. It would have been nice to have a hot tub after the long hikes but still a fabulous home!

Perfect family get-away, loved the beautiful "model" home! Sincere thanks for providing well stocked kitchen equipment-- utensils, cooking pots & pans with state of the art appliances and even an outdoor grill (we made delicious bbq tri-tip). Comfortable beds. Picturesque views. Game room a big hit. Safe haven from crowds and pandemic. Very clean and spacious. Can't wait to return for more memorable gatherings!

Our stay at the Aerial Assent was amazing. The house was absolutely beautiful. The view from the living room was breathtaking. We had to call Scenic Wonders due to a door not latching and within an hour a person came with a temporary fix.
