Description
Loft Condo A210 has two levels with an open space room (there are no bedrooms). There are 2 full size bathrooms, one on each level. On the top level you will have one KING size bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, (not recommended for adults).
On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 2-4. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.
Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

The old carpet should be ripped out for nicer flooring, but, otherwise, it was a nice place to stay for a few days to be conveniently located near Yosemite Valley

It has a warm country feeling...the fireplace is really a delight in the midst of a winter storm. We have everthing we need at the kitchen to cook our meals since we were stuck in the condo for 2 nites due to the storm.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Things that would have improved our stay...a small table on the deck for snacks and beverages, a ceiling fan in the bedroom (it was extremely warm), shampoo (we have found this is usually provided), and WIFI was desperately needed. Location was wonderful, thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the location was great! The only complaint would be the lack of sound barrier between the units. We very clearly heard our neighbors going at it two of the three nights and could hear every conversation people were having. I'm sure it was also annoying to the units around us to hear our two small kids (not that they were excessively loud, but like I said, the walls are thin). I would recommend this unit to people, but advise them to bring ear plugs!

Pros: location in park, quiet.
Cons: no AC (we knew when booking), building quite dated, stains on hallway carpet, floor seemed to be sunken in bathroom, no basics like Kleenex, hot pads, dish cloths. Had to call for trash bags.

The condo was fine, it was quiet and nice to be fairly close into Yosemite Village. The couch needed to be replaced as the cushions in the middle are very soft. The upstairs bath and sink faucets were put in backwards, with the cold being on the left, instead of the right. The downstairs bath was nice size. The bed was fine. It would be nice to have wifi in building A, also, and a ice machine.

Communication was fast and when our car was having issues someone was able to try and assist us, and we were able to book an extra night easily! Would definitely stay again! We loved the fireplace and the loft set up was lovely.

We stayed two nights while exploring yosemite. The room was well maintained and super cosy and warm at night. The kitchen facilities had everything we needed. Arrival and leaving was super easy. Overall we had a really great stay and would recommend to others.

Great location and nice unit! It was hot during our stay, but the fans were adequate and very helpful for sleeping. The only negative was that there was no bedding for the fold out couch on the main level. I looked everywhere and found none. Ended up sleeping with just a blanket on the fold out. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay!

Nice accomodations. Would recommend either better signage or better directions. It took us awhile to find place.
