Be one of the first guests to enjoy Modern Mountain Magic, which was just completed in March 2022! This brand-new, architecturally designed home is one of the most luxurious residences inside Yosemite National Park. The house offers open plan living, views and everything in the house is brand new. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the open living/dining room and kitchen area provide an abundance of light. We, the owners, love exploring all that Yosemite has to offer, and being 12 miles to Yosemite Valley is amazing. No waiting in line at the Park's gates as you are already inside the park! We are excited to share our Yosemite Dream with you.
The home is equipped with a fully stocked, designer kitchen. The open living room with views, a gas fireplace and high ceilings is a great place to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring. Or, relax on the front deck while enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks. Enjoy a BBQ on the Weber propane grill. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a study/den with a large sofa, TV and desk. It comfortably sleeps 8. The first bedroom has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, the second bedroom has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a hallway bath with two vanity sinks and a separate bathtub/shower combo. The master bedroom hosts a Cal-King bed and an attached bathroom with a large walk in shower. We have dish satellite TV, Hughes Net satellite internet/WI-Fi (for browsing and emails only, no streaming) and games.
This property is in the upper part of Yosemite West, which means more snow to enjoy in the winter and cooler temps during the summer. It’s known as the one of the very best locations in Yosemite West. We look forward to welcoming you to Modern Mountain Magic!
