Dogwood Manor is a newly added 3 bedrooms, 3 bath unit. Be one of the first to book this beautiful home with Yosemite's Scenic Wonders. Located nestled in the forest, with forest views.
Plenty of room for the whole family and backed by the national forest, Dogwood Manor is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with loft. The master suite hosts a Cal King bed, walk in closet and private bathroom. The master has a TV with direct TV satellite and blue ray player, and free satellite internet (not fast enough for streaming and video calling). The loft features a twin daybed with trundle. On the main floor is a bedroom with queen bed and a hallway full bathroom. Downstairs is a queen bed as well as a twin over full bunk bed for the kids. There is a full bathroom on the lower level. Enjoy cooking in your fully equipped modern kitchen, or relax on the deck and BBQ on the propane grill. The home backs to the forest where there is a seasonal creek, watch the wildlife as they graze on the foliage below. Snuggle up by the pellet stove and watch TV on the 55" Samsung or grab a movie from our movie library to play on the blue ray player. Park your vehicles out of the elements and store your hiking and biking equipment in the 2 car garage.

House was grand and beautiful! Everything worked, as expected. Only concern was it was way inside Yosemite West community far from any restaurants or stores to buy essentials which makes it inconvenient.

The cabin was super clean.
We had some issues with the bbq but management sent German the next morning and it was fixed.
The wifes’ needed some cleaning supplies and it was provided.

The rooms were great. Location was perfect. Parking was also perfect. Kitchen well equipped.
Could have used more than one wash cloth in master bathroom and more for all the other bathrooms. Cleanup was easy. Maybe put games in the house for families.

Property was very clean, spacious and well appointed. Kitchen utensils and tools were adequate, e.g. enough propane gas for the grill and knives were sharp. Wifi was working. Pleasant stay and have recommended this place to others!

Exactly as described and more! Very clean and comfy, the windows with views of the forest were wonderful! Well equipped kitchen! Crockpot was not listed as being available, so I brought mine, but there was a nice one there. We saw deer on the mountain behind us almost every morning. The service from Scenic Wonders Management was very prompt when the fire alarm needed a battery. Just called when we left for activities for the day and they had it fixed before we got back in the evening. Have stayed with Scenic Wonders for all our Yosemite adventures throughout many years and never disappointed!

The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. We cooked, we sang, we watched the snow fall through the large great room windows. We really appreciated the responsiveness of Scenic Wonders staff when we extended our stay due to the storm. One suggestion: provide a kettle to heat water for tea and cocoa.

Great house and property. Many thanks for being willing to adjust our stay dates when I asked a few months ago.
Only (minor) downsides: no dishwasher soap provided. I asked if there was a crockpot and blender and was told no. But when we got there, the house did have a crockpot and blender. So I had brought mine needlessly.

The check in and out directions were very clear and concise. The house was very nice. Everything in the house worked, it was nicely decorated and was very clean. It was nice to have plenty of paper towels, TP, soap etc. We brought extra just in case but did not even need it. really cannot think of one negative thing to say about the house.

We loved staying here! I’ve got my wife & 5 teenagers on a trip through California. We’ve done several VRBO homes already but they all agreed THIS was the best house yet!!
Perfectly located close to the drive up to Glacier point made it great for watching the sunset at Glacier & star gazing so that we could get “home” in <45 minutes. Being IN the park each day is a tremendous “win” against the clock so that we’re aren’t wasting time at a Yosemite gate entrance.
The house was well equipped & comfortable throughout. Satellite TV was nice for downtime. Speaking of downtime, you won’t have the urge to connect to the outside world because the included WiFi has a daily max download of 200MB... also, my Personal Verizon coverage varied from “no signal” to “1x” (basic text messaging). Enjoy being unplugged here. You can get Verizon service in parts of Yosemite as you travel.
In short, we LOVED our stay here!!!

Dogwood Manor is an excellent property. The design of the house is well-suited for multiple families. The house was clean and well-appointed providing all of the essentials for a very pleasant stay. Scenic Wonders was great to deal with from property selection through the rental period. The house location was very convenient to Yosemite Valley and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet but the roads into the neighborhood did need the pot holes repaired. We would not hesitate to stay in this home again!

Beautiful cabin: very clean, updated, lots of room, very nice & comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, easy entry access ( no stairs) with two car garage and plenty of parking space in driveway, large kitchen, big screen TV, everything is provided ( towels, soap, etc. ), large weber bbq. --bottom line it was a great place for a large family and a hassle free vacation.

The home was lovely and set in a beautiful location. We just had a total of 5 guests on this trip, but the home could have easily accommodated more due to the multiple bedrooms. Our only issue was that the hot water heater could not handle 5 showers in a row. Other than that, the house and our stay was wonderful. This is an ideal location for easy access to Yosemite.

The house was very comfortable (beds, couches, dining area), nicely decorated, had well working appliances, and generally was easy to live in. Although the kitchen was comfortable to work in, was generally well appointed, and had a fabulous island that allowed for generous counter space and ease with visiting those in the dining and living areas, there are a few additions that would make the kitchen more accommodating for cooking--a tea kettle, salad spinner, blender and/or cuisinart, and more than two dish towels. Also, a more generous supply of large kitchen garbage bags and more paper towels would be great. Our overall experience was great and we are looking forward to renting this house again--we wouldn't hesitate!
