As far as Yosemite mountain lodging, it doesn't get more luxurious than the Chateau Royal! This magnificent, custom 3-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath duplex home, is the crown jewel of Yosemite West. With estate-style curb appeal, you will be proud to entertain your guests here at the Chateau. Wifi is available as well.
Starting on the third level you will find a reading area and two bedrooms, one bedroom being the master suite with a master bath. When guests are visiting us on their honeymoon, this is where we suggest they stay! The master bedroom has a queen bed, wood-burning fireplace, TV/VCR, Satellite WiFi (not fast enough for streaming and video calling), large airy windows with high open beam ceiling, and a private outdoor balcony. The master bath has an oversized Jacuzzi spa with an attached shower by its side, wall-to-wall marble floors, with 14k gold fixtures. The other bedroom is cozy and secluded, and also has a queen bed. On the main floor, you will find the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining area with a 1/2 bath, and a gourmet kitchen that has marble floors and tiled countertops. The living room has a high open beam ceiling with recess lighting that opens out to the main deck. The lower floor has one bedroom, with a queen bed, one full bath, and a wet bar with a TV. And for endless hours of play for the children, there is a bonus playroom with a wet bar, ping-pong, and foosball Soccer tables. Wifi provided as well.
There are 3 parking spots for Chateau West all year round.

Great accommodation, good scenery, and very clean! Im sure to come back to stay again!
Almost perfect accommodation, except for the following parts:
- Jacuzzi was out of order
- The capacity of boiler is a little smaller to cover Jacuzzi for multi-time uses
- Car garage is locked and not released for the guests

What a wow factor in the chateau Royal! Beautifully appointed with spectacular views. Such a clean and spacious house that even included a game room that we took well advantage of with ping pong and foose ball table. Really added to our visit.

We are a family of five from Hawaii who made plans to visit Yosemite over the kids fall break (first week of Oct) somewhat at the last minute. We were so excited to find a property close to all the Yosemite sights, and one that allowed us to comfortably spread out. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and was easy to access. The ping pong table, DVD collection, and well-stocked kitchen were especially welcome. Thank you for helping us have a great family vacation.

Chateau Royal West was everything promised, and more. Our family of 6 adults and 2 small children loved all aspects of the property. The house was beautiful, somehow both elegant and thoroughly comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the bedrooms, game room and sitting areas all outfitted for fun and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, allowing us more time to explore the park and even walk in the neighborhood. And prior to our visit, when we reached out (frequently) to your company with questions about our upcoming stay, we always got quick, informative, friendly responses. This stay was only the second time in two COVID years that our family was able to gather, and the house (and of course the easily accessed park) were the perfect backdrop to create memories for a lifetime. Thank you for making this possible.
And P.S., our 13 month old granddaughter cant talk yet, but if she could, she would give a 5 star rating to the 46 carpeted stairs, which we took turns accompanying her up and down repeatedly while she did her own version of step training.

We really enjoyed the Chateau Royal West property. It was well maintained and very spacious. Check-in was easy and we had no need to contact the property manager. We were hoping we had have access to do laundry, but we did validate that a head of time and were able to make other arrangements. We also thought that Wi-Fi access could have been provided. We could see that WiFi existed, but was password protected. Overall a great stay and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

Our stay this time was a bit disappointing. We stayed at another house, the Cottage at Scenic Wonders before and had an excellent experience with the freshness and facilities it offered. The same house was unfortunately not available this time so we had to book another. Our expectations may have been set too high due to the previous experience but this house felt dated. Overall ok but not wow like last time, sorry.

We really enjoyed the home. All the facilities were great. The patio area outside the basement needs renovating. Everyone had their own space and the living area was big enough for all 8 of us to be together. My only complaint is the road getting to the house is quite terrible. It's bad when safety cones have to be put in the potholes because they're so deep.

Our stay at Chateau Royal West was excellent. The property was well marked and easy to find. Our daughter was participating in a ski race at the ski resort which was only 15 minutes away so location was perfect for us. We will definitely come back

We stayed 3 nights at the Chateau Royale and had such an amazing time! The accommodations were so much more than we expected ~ such a beautiful house that included all the amenities that we needed and more. From the marble flooring to the multiple decks that highlighted the most incredible views. We are definitely going to book our reservations to the Chateau Royale for our future visits to Yosemite.

Very spacious and well appointed home. Everything was really clean. The house appeared well maintained. We requested access to the washer and dryer and permission was granted via a brief phone call. It was very close to the valley and Glacier point road. I would definitely recommend the location to family and friends.

our property was perfect. i was thinking that maybe have some brochures available in the rentals. that way you cam make your plans for the day before you leave and drive into town. all was great. yosemite is a wonder.
