Please note that our Bear’s Den home is a five bedroom duplex consisting of two units. We will only rent this house out to one group at a time for 8-12 guests during holidays and the months of June, July and August. There is an additional charge of $100.00 per night to open Little Bear’s Den, but this entitles you to have up to 12 guests. We will rent the upper and lower portions of the house separately for smaller groups during the rest of the year. The upper unit, Bear’s Den, sleeps 8 guests, and the lower unit, Little Bear’s Den, sleeps 4 guests comfortably. Please call our reservation specialists for details.
Little Bear’s Den, the lower unit, has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, and 1 bath with a shower over the tub. This bathroom also has a granite counter. The charming living room/dining room combo has a dining nook that will accommodate up to 4 people only. There is a propane “wood” stove in the living room. There is also a 32″ flat screen TV equipped with built-in DVD/CD player and is hooked up to satellite. The kitchen has granite countertops, oak cabinets and top of the line stainless steel appliances.
Parking is all on a paved concrete driveway, and will accommodate 5 vehicles. There is easy access to both levels of the home. For your safety, there are motion sensor lights and low voltage lights outdoors. Snow removal is provided.
