When searching for the property of your choice, the rates you will find listed are the flat rates for the property, up to its MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Whatever the size of your group, simply select a property that suits your needs and budget. For your convenience, Scenic Wonders does not charge cleaning fees, however a TWO-NIGHT RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED at the time you make your reservation. The balance due if any, will be automatically debited from your credit card one month prior to your arrival date. If a balance was due, a second reservation confirmation will be sent to you as a follow-up and reminder of your stay. We accept VISA, MASTER, and DISCOVER CARDS.
