Scenic Wonders is excited to announce a two-month Yosemite lodging photo contest, with a stupendous prize for the winner: a free two-night stay in one of our beautiful Yosemite West mountain cabins! We launched the contest on July 1 and the last day for entering is August 31 at 5 PM Pacific Standard Time—so don’t miss out!

The Basics

To participate, submit your best photos of Yosemite National Park and its immediate surroundings—Yosemite Country, in other words—via the app we’re hosting on our Yosemite’s Scenic Wonders Facebook page. “Liking” us gives you the ability to upload however many unique pictures as you’d like. Then, share those impeccable shots with your friends and your family and have them vote for their favorites. Whatever Yosemite pic has garnered the most votes by the end of the contest period takes the prize. The two-night stay will be at one of our three-bedroom rentals in Yosemite West (check our Facebook page for eligible dates and all the other contest details). It’s about a $700 value—and a wonderful chance to experience the beauty and convenience of our incomparable properties at the doorstep of Yosemite National Park.

Sure, a free Scenic Wonders stay is a great inventive, but this photo contest is also about having fun and celebrating the singular splendor of Yosemite. Maybe you’ve got a jaw-dropping portrait of Half Dome or Yosemite Falls from some past trip; maybe you’re staying with us this summer and are keen to seek out a sunset view from Glacier Point or a Hetch Hetchy panorama. Embrace the adventure and your artistic eye! Your posted images will be honoring your sensibilities and a stunning natural jewel all at once.
